At TieDex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided by our portal inside the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
